My heart goes out to all those impacted Sandy, This historic storm is leaving a path of unprecedented destruction. Do your best to stay safe, help your neighbours and take care of each other. You will rise above this .

I thought my eyes might have been deceiving me 3 hours ago when I saw the "bottom line" scroll "Iranian warships dock in Sudan to show support", a difficult task to do in landlocked Sudan, unless you're floating on Noah's Ark and landing on Mt. Ararat. But it's still showing up on the "bottom line" 3 hours later! Could they mean Syria and CNN doesn't know the difference?

1950 Mitt and Ann need to go home and watch some more re-runs of "Leav it to Beaver". that's the world they come from and they need to stay there. We are not interested in having his beliefs crammed down our throats and personally don't care what he thinks about abortion and birth control. Saying that people who oppose it are paying for it with tax money. Well I oppose all these made-up wars but I guess I am still paying for it. Get real, we all pay for crap we hate but we do it. He has no business in women's health concerns and the more political ads I see of these tea partiers the more of them I see losing the elections. He thinks we are stupid, he thinks we want to live in 1950 and that 2 step behind wife of his couldn't have a thought worth anythng if you paid her but hey she's living the life. She doesn't have to bust her butt working 2 jobs, all she has to do is sit there with mouth shut and her apron on. They are not real, have no idea what it is like to be real and he is not presidential material at all.

"Its only money". That's what the FBI told us after we gave them proof of our company's hackers who stole our business and we lost EVERYTHING. I hope Obama won't let that happen to these unfortunate Sandy-victims.

after hearing Chris Christy say "I don't give a damn about the President's visit. It'all about politics!"
Cristy is so rude. Was it a political move when he visited Joplin last year? maybe the local citizens need a visit from the Presidedent to boost their morall

Wolfman Blistered needs to chill out on the Sandy devistation & the people getting restless! The media if anything needs to promote good & try to raise these poor peoples hopes, not cause anguish!!!

Where is your information like CBS
on Bengazi CSG force not allowed to meet during the killing of our US Ambassador. Or is CNN not interested now?

Thank you for even bringing up the Bengazi coverup situation. It is criminal that cnn has buried this story like nbc.
CBS has finally decided that hiding this story to save the president will hurt them. I have lost all respect with cnn.

Guam voters were the real first voters in the nation. Voting results are already in, since Guam is 15 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time. Guam’s voters are unable to vote for president, but the Guam Election Commission still collects votes in this race every four years. As Guam goes, so goes the nation. Or at least that is what the Guam Election Commission says. According to Pacific Daily News files, the GEC straw poll has successfully predicted who will be elected president on every ballot since 1984. Retired California Judge James Gray, who is the running mate of libertarian candidate Gary Johnson, worked on Guam as a criminal defense attorney and staff judge advocate between 1972 and 1975, according to his resume and candidate biography. The Libertarian Party has been running candidates for president since the 1970s. Johnson and Gray are extreme long shots in the race for the White House. The libertarian platform prioritizes individual freedom and minimizes government control.
    Obama 23.067
    Romney 8.443
    Johnson and Gray 347

Where is all of the media attention about hurricane sandy? By attention I mean negative coverage of the disaster response. There are tons of stories slowly coming out of those areas about people being displaced or without necessities. However I have to go websites in other countries to find them. On US news sites there was early reports blaming the folks for not leaving but when this same story ran for Katrina it was the governments fault. I don't remember seeing Anderson Cooper standing any where asking where the government is? For those of you thinking this a republican versus democrat thing it's not. I, like several others on this site, used to trust CNN for some type of independent coverage. While I still think most of the stories are balanced its the omission of news stories one way or the other that shows to me there are no independent news channels anymore. You are all just a machine for one side or the other.

I just listened to a talk on cnn. Israel has a right to defend it self against missel attacks. Gaza has been jewish free for some time but instead of improving their lifes and land they chose to attack Israel.

I don't like the fact that the halftime show did not cover halftime at all. It was about guns! His job was to cover the game and talk about stats, not gun safety.

Please pray for the students, parents, and teachers of Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. God please protect those children. Today we mourn for, once again, a troubled soul taking hatred and hurt out on innocent lives.

So sad for the children and adults who died today at Sandy Hook Elementary school at the hands of a crazy man. Also sad to hear about the 30 plus children that were stabbed in China also by a crazy man....lets not talk about gun laws at this time....lets not talk about knife laws....lets pray for the souls of the lost and the parents and families that must face a future without their loved ones.
