This is 'This Just In'

You're reading "This Just In," CNN's new news blog.

You’ll find all the breaking news of the day here, from big stories like earthquakes and elections to interesting notes on the naming of the world’s richest man and Charlie Sheen’s return to his sitcom.

There’ll be posts from yours truly and the staff of CNN at large to give you the latest from the CNN Wire, plus the scoops and interviews and insight that make this a really fun and interesting place to be. You’ll know when we have live streams of events and videos of news can be posted within minutes of them coming in. Whatever confirmed information we're hearing and reporting is what you'll be reading and watching.

We aim to look far and wide at what you and the rest of the Web community are interested in and talking about with features like Web Pulse - which takes a look at the collective conversation of the internet according to Google trends, Twitter, etc. This is also the place to find out who the day’s Most Intriguing People are and there’s easy access to our Twitter account @cnnbrk.

We are essentially in "beta mode" right now, so this is a great time to let us know what you think. You can comment on every post, so get to it.

Gotta go now, news is breaking.

Please don't use the phrase "Blaze of Glory" in live CNN reporting!

Why is the media using the term "blaze of glory" over and over again? I think a term like "hail of bullets", or "complete maelstrom" would be more appropriate, especially if they would like to actually see this guy apprehended alive? Every time I hear "blaze of glory" regarding the possible end actions of this suspect I just want to scream! What are they thinking?

Would you PLEASE get your on-air personalities to stop saying, "blaze of glory." The phrase they're looking for is, "blaze of infamy." Or does CNN really believe these murders are praise and glory worthy?

I think 3 are dead in the bombings, which were 12 seconds separated from each other. There may have been a typo....

If the guy has disappeared from above ground then he must be in the sewer system or something, I've been watching all day and was shocked to see all those cops walking over manhole covers and not a single one thinking to pull the cover and look! If the FBI is reading I hope they snap and start sending dogs down there, there's really no other explanation....

I hope they'll find the other suspect. They uncovered the truth so fast! How did they do it?

I would like to know why CNN is not covering the baby murdering "doctor" Gosnell's trial which is incredibly more coverage worthy than the idiot Arias trial. Don't you think the public has a right to know that tax payer money is being spent to provide late term abortions and many of these babies are born alive and then murdered?? Please do your job and report this atrocity to the public.

Has this been noticed?? The Boston finish line bomb was planted directly behind the RUSSIAN FLAG. This would seem to be a symbolic gesture pointing towards Chechen terrorists. To my knowledge, nobody has mentioned this.

Is it barbaric of me to insist that this perpetrator or any future one be subjected to the same injuries that have inflicted on others? Don't put him in jail and waste out tax money. Why not blow him up with a pressure cooker bomb in front of his parents and family? When there is no doubt a person has committed such an atroscity this is what they deserve.

Did anyone notice this morning when they showed footage on the home that there was a Puerto Rico flag in front of the home? Then this evening, current video footage shows an American flag? Am I seeing things? How is it possible for someone to switch out the flags with everything that is going on?

Please inform super-spacey U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn that "anonymized" is not a word.
