Get a grip, republicans (and the few dems). You have no problem sending thousands of troups and bankrupting this country on a war that noone wanted. Now it's time to spend money on Americans and you say no? What a collosal slap in every American's face. Basically it's okay to spend our tax dollars oversees, but it's not okay to spend it on Americans. What kind of hypocrites are you?

  2. FORMER FREE US CITIZEN

    Good morning Comrads March 22, 2010, 5:21am

The Kremlin Government-AKA the former US Government has done it. We are now living in a socialist country. They passed that stupid health thing too ignoring the voice of the people. Chairman ovomit and his cutthroat congress has torn this country to shreds.

They passed that pact act taking away our right to order tobacco on line. This hurts hundreds of thousands of people, individuals and small business people putting them out of an income source–and then the Krremlin wants more taxes.

And if that isn't enough, you will have to buy health insurance or be fined you no longer have a choice in the matter. I reiterate, your new country is called the USUS, the Union of Socialist United States.

Comrad citizens, we no longer have a free American democracy.

    From CNN article today:

Buy insurance or pay a fine

Under the plan now headed to Obama, individuals are required to purchase health insurance coverage or face a fine of up to $750 or 2 percent of their income - whichever is greater. It includes a hardship exemption for poorer Americans

Thank you Congress for taking the steps that will allow the US to join the rest of the industrialized world. This will take the burden of healthcare off the neck of American Industry so that we can be competitive in the areas of industry where we still have a presence. Will it be expensive, yes, this is a large country. But, for once, we have done something which will help the Average American. Do I accept the consequences. Yes. But I do this to benefit other Americans. That, is the true American Way. THANK YOU CONGRESS.

Stephanie a medical student, if I were you I would not seek to be a doctor in this country. This dictator government as you already realized will not let you be Doctor, physichan or medical professional you want to be. As for those student loans, you of course will have to pay them back regradless–the governnment will make you. They (the kremlin government) don't give a damn weather you are making a living just as long as they get theirs. If you have noticed lately what's been happening to post education students nation wide, they can't continue their education because this communist government has made it impossible to do so. and that goes for the veterans that were reluying on the VA for assistance as welll. They can't get it and the VA-which is government too is making up all sorts of excuses-common to government departments, make excuses, feed people their politcal lies and promises and they are also out to screw the veterans on everything else. So where does that leave you Stephanie . . .
