[Updated at 1:41 p.m.] The two suspects, identified as Wesam El-Hanafi and Sabirhan Hasanoff, both U.S. citizens, were indicted for allegedly conspiring to provide computer advice and assistance and other material support to al Queda, U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said in a statement Friday afternoon.
They are expected to appear in federal court in Virginia at 3 p.m. Friday.
[Published at 1:13 p.m.] Investigators have arrested two New York men for allegedly providing material support to al Qaeda overseas, a federal law enforcement source said Friday.

I do believe that the last few incidents of terrorism: flying a plane into an IRS building, killing a security guard in front of the Holocaust Museum, plotting to kill the President, OK. City bombing, the Mad Bomber, the Tylenol bottles, and several others I can think of, were all perpetrated by White Christian look guys. With the exception of the suicide pilot, all were charged, tried, and convicted, and all (those not executed) are now criminals. So it would be safe to say, that those recently apprehended with foreign sounding names will be tried and if convicted be considered criminals.
So why not refer to them as what they are: accused criminals since they share a common behavior with a lot of white US citizen type criminals.

Everybody is up in the air over the law in Arizona. People want to put their head in the sand about terror on home soil. Is it going to take car bombings in your backyard for you to wake up????
