It's funny to see people here complaining about this. These people are the same people that would be criticizing the police for not taking action on something like this, if something were to happen.

I hope the FBI realizes that this is just what terrorists want, for us to live in fear of our own shadow!

Maybe we should take a page from Israel's book and learn not to leave our stuff unattended all over the place.

It's "ridiculous" up until there is another bomb, and then it's "why didnt they do more". Let them do what they need to do to secure the area. I work on 50th and Broadway. It's my life they are protecting. Please continue to be extra cautious

To everyone who is whining and saying we shouldn't make fun of this... uh, this is what terrorists want. They can't pull stuff off themselves anymore, so they want us to be afraid. I say we tell them to screw themselves and go on with our lives. This is getting ridiculous.

complacency is dangerous. These are the times we live in... Then the question of "how did this happen" might not be asked.

Really? 'Moar' is now a word? Anyway...I'm not looking to incite the an overly insensitive response; however, it's the people who make light of these situations that end up regretting that choice later.

WOW MATT....what an ignorant individual! I wish they'd find you and place it in the middle of your living room then. That should be the epicenter of the next attack!

Don't you people get it, terrorism has won. It does not take much to start a panic or bring mayhem.

This will end when we learn to stop trying to control the world and just live with it
