Nine people were killed Friday night when a suspected U.S. drone struck in Pakistan's North Waziristan near the border with Afghanistan, two local officials said.
The dead consisted of two children, two women and five men, Pakistani intelligence and administrative officials said.
The U.S. military routinely offers no comment on reported drone attacks. However, it is the only country operating in the region known to have the ability to launch missiles from drones, which are controlled remotely.

It is a sad situation but, you must look at this way. When Terrorist strike they purposely target Women and children and have 0 remorse. These were probably Terrorists with their family, we don't know, all we know is that they were tracked and performed some shady act that required intervention. Like I said Terrorist have family too and if they are with them during the dasterly deed then so be it. Everybody at that time pays. People don't realize this but, the decision to fire from the Drones is not an easy one to make. It takes several people to say go and they evaluate as much as possible before the target is acquired and weapon is away. Its not a simple I see you and I shoot, something drastically happened for the shot to take place.
Why are we even flying drones 3,000 miles away from our borders over some other sovereign nation? Are we making the world a safer place to live in? No, we are created hatred. Is there a better way the costs trillions less?

The large number of individuals going around parroting their brand of "patriotism" and bigotry is astounding – if it wasn't so old-hat by now. The generalizations given here by Americans in their attempt to depict Muslims as violent, animalistic hate mongers are of the same brand which people have used to justify acts of terror; you try to justify the deaths of innocent individuals as an acceptable measure to stop the war against a few. When this "war" was just starting, we shot our own star football player volunteer. Now just this week, about 8 years later, the "ragheads", without any aircraft or missiles, took out three US Army Colonels and one Canadian one, in a "protected" convoy driving through he city center. And of course the entire top CIA team a few months back. Hands up all those who think US military might is winning this "over in 12 months" war.

If you really want to fix the problems of the world; it is not that hard. We go to space. We put colonies on the moon and other places. We collect H3 (clean energy) that has been collecting on the surface of the moon for billions of years. Remember, the more people in the world; the more problems in the world. When we are not living on top of each other and resources are not stretched thin. People are a lot nicer.

Check history, it is the same aggressor/victim (now agressor) who gave the name Hindu-Kush (kush means murder/slaughter in Persian language), now hiding in these mountains in Waziristan (Pak/Afghan border). Where was the peaceful religion Islam when this was happening in their name???
