Peru cops: Holloway suspect van der Sloot wanted for murder again

Joran van der Sloot was a suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway

FULL STORY

Joran van der Sloot, the Dutch man once considered a suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway, is the suspect in the killing of a woman in Peru, Peruvian police officials said Wednesday.

There is "incriminating evidence" linking Van der Sloot to the killing of 21-year-old Stephany Flores Ramirez, who was found dead in a Lima hotel room Wednesday, Cesar Guardia Vasquez, of the criminal investigations unit said at a news conference.

The hotel room where Flores was found was registered in Van der Sloot's name, he said.

A hotel guest and an employee witnessed the pair entering the hotel room together at 5 a.m. on Sunday, Guardia said.

Police have video of the previous night, May 29, of Van de Sloot and Flores together at the Atlantic City Casino in Lima, he said.

According to immigration officials, Van de Sloot fled to Chile over land on Monday, Guardia said.

Just like OJ Simpson.... given enough time they'll screw up again sometime and ultimately end up where they should have in the first place, prison.

This guy finally gets caught. I am sure the Holloways are excited. Maybe he can now tell them where this poor girl"s body is( Natalee). To have some closure I am sure Nancy Grace will have it on for sure. We won't miss a thing.

i saw the movie Natalie Holloway on Lifetime Saturday and at then end it shows that he did confess to what happened to her. He said she had a seizure then he had someoen throw her overboard off of a little motor boat, but she had became conscience, so she might have still been alive before they threw her overboard. I dont know if thats true because it shows in the movie he was drunk while telling the undercover agent and then said it was made up. But they showed a clip of him at his dad house saying that he made a terrible mistake. Is the Natalie Holloway case a closed one or cold?

Joran you are a true disgrace for your country... and shame on the Dutch/Aruba law enforcement too for letting you go in the first place... I hope they get you in Chili as they have the death penalty.

What the heck is wrong with people. What ever happened to the presumption of innocence (though not sure how peruvian courts handle that). Regardless.. he was never convicted of any crime. Period. Have you stopped to consider the fact that he might have been in Peru, someone got killed, and the police saw a easy target to pin it on? Heck he might have done it, but he might not have. Remember Duke LaCross? EVERYBODY was screaming for those kids to get killed or mutilated and then it came out the boys were innocent and the prosecuter and the "victim" were the liars. Same with Kobe Bryant. Everyone was saying he was guilty and yet.*shurgs* All im saying is that we just heard that he had been accused of something. Everyone calling for his death should consider if they were accused of a crime how they would want people to react.

Yo Han . I respect your opinion but at the same time 2 dead women in the vicinity of this kid plus secret confessions caught on tape convince the public of his guilt. The chance of 2 women being murdered in close proximity of one person who was not involved in the murders/disapperance in 2 seperate countries are freaking astronomical.

True, i will not disagree with you, inncocent till proven guilty. (excuse my spelling) but how many times has he done interviews with the media saying that he sold holloway, and said she died from this or that. the kid is a con-artist, a liar, and most likely a murderer. you knwo the saying is it look like crap, smells like crap, mostly likely its crap.

I do say its too bad he went to Peru i would of loved for him to come to America and turned up missing.

Fine you can house him in your house with your daughter if you are so confident he is not guilty. A suspect in one murder could be innocent. A suspect in two murders? Sounds like a pattern to me. Why did he run for Chile? Get the pattern. Don't want to put your family at risk, how about another family member or a close friend. I didn't think so. Don't try to protect people that exhibit a pattern, especially when the crime is as serious as this.

You have GOT to be kidding? They found her in a room rented in his name, has them on video entering the room and partying the night before. Hmmm....I don't think they're just pointing fingers.

If it looks, walks and acts like a duck.....sorry Johan, this one's a sociopath. He liked the thrill and the attention he got in Aruba but what he liked most was that he got away with it.

Did you not read the article???
They have video of the punk going into the room with the victim at 5 a.m.
The room was registered to HIM.
The staff found her DEAD body in the room and HE is now in Chile.
      Hell yes he did it!!!
      That's why he fled.

Dude, get a clue......if you are seen on a videotape partying with the dead girl the night before, then seen on a videotape entering YOUR HOTEL with the same girl at 5am and then the girl is found DEAD in YOUR HOTEL ROOM hours later, meanwhile you have fled to another country, what on EARTH do you THINK the police and EVERYONE ELSE are going to think? Just wondering!

Presumption of Innocence? That's great for the legal system but there's a huge difference between what act or acts took place and the legal system handing down a verfict and sentence. A creep was guilty the minute he committed the crijmes. Verdicts don't erase reality.

C'mon Peru!! Get this guy a nice little dank cell that he will have to share with other murder/rapists for the rest of his life. If Peru has death penalty, DON'T USE IT. That would be letting him off too easy. A life spent with men, confined away from society, suffering is how this fool should spend the rest of his life.
