When bp oil or any other oil company planning to drill deep beneath the waters , what contingency plan did they come up with in the event that an oil rig sink and pipes break ? These are serious issues that should be discussed before allowing such companies to drill , there indeed should have been a serious discussion on the "what if " issue !There should be a thorough investigation into the matter as to why wasn't this discussed and what proceedures were followed in granting the permits and who initiated the process to issue the permits !
