Tropical storm forms off Mexican coast

Tropical Storm Celia has formed off Mexico's Pacific coast, the National Hurricane Center said on Saturday.

    I love tries to to stir up dramatic when there isn't any. The storm is in the pacific ocean heading west, away from the oil spill. They sure provided very little news, on purpose i'm sure.
