Santos declares victory in Colombian presidential runoff

[Updated at 8:50 p.m. ET] Former Colombian Defense Minister Juan Manuel Santos declared victory Sunday in Colombia's presidential runoff, winning more than 69 percent of the votes with nearly all votes counted.

[Posted at 6:22 p.m. ET] Former Colombian Defense Minister Juan Manuel Santos has won 68.9 percent of the electoral votes so far in Colombia's presidential runoff, Colombia's National Registry Office announced Sunday.

More than 95 percent of the polling stations have been reported.

    CNN you should be embarrassed, BIG mistake. Its Santos, not Castillo. What source did you use? So many people read this on twitter, be more careful.
