Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff said Monday that he expects to launch a formal investigation into a list containing leaked personal information of 1,300 alleged illegal immigrants.
Shurtleff said he is awaiting the names of at least two suspects from the state's executive branch and could receive them as early as Monday.
"It's important we get to the bottom of it immediately," he told CNN's "American Morning." "We have condemned this list - the dissemination, the use, the purpose of the list - in the strongest possible terms and we do believe that action needs to be swift."

Where's the list of illegal caucasians that came to this country, and murdered the Natives of this country? It's amazing how ignorant caucsasians are. You don't even see yourselves! Then you wonder why every race says you're racist.

I am in favor of immigration reform, which no doubt out dated messed-up here in US. But at the same time, allowing all illegals will make things worse..
Actually, most Native Americans welcomed all immigrants, I challenge you to find specific examples where they didn't.

While I didn't personally immigrate illegally to North America, round up people already living here onto reservations and slaughter the men, women, and children who tried to resist, my forefathers did. If you are white, you need to pack up your stuff and move back to wherever your ancestors came from before you have any right to complain about "illegal immigration".
Rural, County, City, State and Federal Police and Security agencys ALL have lists of people they want their goose stepping employee's to harass, stop, lean on, threaten, or extort for any number of fictional or factual reasons. Although not widely common knowledge, it should be and it's sad that when lists become public there's all this noise which is actually a internal query seeking the do-gooder that released the list and information about that list to the public.
woah woah woah. 1. Not all white people came to this country illegally 2. I will not apologize for something people of the same race did hundreds of years ago. 3. If you are so illegal friendly, can you pay the taxes I have been paying into a system that will never be in the black from constant free-loading people (supporting welfare programs) because frankly I am tired of being the cash cow simply because I, and numerous others did things correctly when coming to this nation.
So therefore, I will complain about illegal immigration.

1. I don't have any papers issued from any Native American governments that say I'm here legally. Do you?
Face reality: The only authority that we're here on is from the government that we set up.
2. You don't have to apologize for anything, but you do have to recognize that we, whose forefathers took North America by force, have no ethical basis on which to claim that other immigrants have less right to be here than we do.
3. A great number of "illegals" work here and pay taxes. "Illegals" are very important to the U.S. economy.
What do you do for a living, Jill? Can you justify that you contribute more to the U.S. GNP than someone here "illegally" who has been growing and picking tomatoes in California for the past 5 years for $3 an hour?
