Thats what happens when you lets members of the racist group "La Raza" take over a city.

these people brought a little bit of Mexico with them, now let them suffer for it, not even the mayor speaks english, I couldn't understand him when he was reading his statement or when he was confronted by an investigative journalist. This is what latinos want?, one of their "own" well now deal with it, no sympathies from me

Okay let's come down to reality here this is got nothing to do with Mexico or Latinos it's about corruption in California. I'm sure that if we open up the books on other cities run by non Latinos you would find the same thing if not worse. Blame the stooges in Sacramento who let this happen under their watch, I wouldn't be surprised to find out that they where in on it. I hope all three are put in jail with all their assets seized, including all those involved.

This is just a pathetic mess. There should be some sort of salary cap and pension cap and NO hidden perks on all public employees indexed by the mean average income of the location of each municipality. Any breach of the cap should be a felony, no if, ands, or buts. A smilar issue just came up with the ex City Manager of Indio, CA. It's probably widespread everwhere, not just in CA.

These thieves should be stoned to death as they would do in Iran, etc.

The mayor is whacked! When you have a surplus, you CUT TAXES or atleast improve services, you do not give out raises to everyone.
