Drug traffickers, police in 'major gun battle' in Mexico

A "major gun battle" between drug traffickers and Mexican federal police
broke out Saturday evening in Juarez, Mexico, just 30 yards from the U.S.
border at El Paso, Texas, according to a U.S. Border Patrol spokesman.

    Such Narrow sightedness. Why am I not surprised?
    Drug wars have been moving up north since the 70's. Only two ways to stop this: either America stops consumption (highly unlikely given the nature of its society), or Mexico legalizes the trade and makes money from the US's addictions.
