Lisa Marie Presley says Michael Jackson could not be saved? Her qualifications for making this comment are based on her own father's death at age 9, her own use of illegal drugs and the fact that she was married to Michael Jackson for 2 years. I don't know if this woman is a High School graduate. I do know she is otherwise uneducated. She has never held an actual job. She has no training in any Health Care Profession. She states he could not be saved because of her guilt over rejecting Michael Jackson when he reached out to her for help in 2005. All drug addicts reach this point. The point when they are ready for help and they finally reach out. This is when they can finally be helped. It is unfortunate that this is who he chose to reach out to. It is unfornate that he did not have Health Care Professionals who were willing to help him.
By ridding herself of her 'guilt' by making this statement, Lisa Marie Presley is sending out the wrong message. She is wrong. Michael Jackson could have been saved. Any drug addict can be saved. There is help available and yes, any and all drug addicts can go clean. I hope this ignorant woman does not kill more people in the process of cleansing her soul – such as it is – on Oprah last week. I hope drug addicts in need of help do not listen to someone like this. Seek help. It is available. There is always hope.
