Stephen Hayes, convicted of killing three members of a Connecticut family, was written up in 24 disciplinary reports during a stretch in state prison, the jury was told as the penalty phase of Hayes' trial resumed Monday morning.
Fred Levesque, former director of offender classification and population management for the state Department of Correction, said the 24 disciplinary reports included one for hoarding medication, a charge to which Hayes voluntarily pleaded guilty.
But when the defense asked Levesque if he had any knowledge of whether Hayes was a threat to the general population, he answered "no."
Hayes, 47, was convicted this month of 16 of the 17 charges against him - including nine counts of murder and capital murder and four counts of kidnapping - in the deaths of Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her daughters, 17-year-old Hayley Petit and 11-year-old Michaela Petit.

I retract the word- heretic, in the above comment. I had meant to edit it. These guys are poster boys for the death penalty. I'm glad i didn't get that crazy. The one remorse that remains for those of a superior society is that we can't stone them, as in the Holy Bible. Bleeding hearts are ignorant to reconize how far Stone-ing could go to curtail crimes like these, and many others besides.
Gang members from that El Salvadorian Gang would approve of these types of crimes. They probably already worship him. They should practice on their own parents- it would mean nothing to them anyway.
The Mara Salvatrucha worship people who commit such crimes. They should practice on their parents and children- they wouldn't even care if they did.
The Mara Salvatrucha are Wanna-bees. And everyone knows that Wanna-bees try harder to impress people- like other gangs. But what Wanna-bees don't realize is that even the meanest people from the Historically Original gangs would never behave like the Mara Salvatrucha. The M.S. are mindless and ignorant. They watch to many Hollywood movies. They live in fantasy.

This is the ultimate crime that made the nation mourn and even Europe cried in starlight. For somebody that can commit felony-murder, this is certainly a capitol issue and here in Montgomery County, Maryland, this is something that we are guarding against. Robbing money and tying people to the beds and setting the beds on fire to murder, this is the devil incarnate if you ask us! Stephen Hayes is the son of satan not the son of sam but in principal yes to that!
