Stepmother joins police on search for missing N.C. girl

The stepmother of a missing 10-year-old North Carolina girl joined police as they searched for the girl's body Monday, the same day the girl's father landed behind bars.

Elisa Baker, who police said last week admitted to writing a fake ransom note a day after the girl's disappearance was reported, was taken by police to a search site near a home she lived in three years ago, according to CNN affiliate WSOC.

Earlier on Monday, shortly after 3 a.m., Adam Troy Baker was arrested in Catawba County on eight charges, including five counts of submitting worthless checks and three counts of failing to appear in court.

I think that decomposing skin can be found on any amputee's body. At the point of the surgery there are dead skin cells. And who knows that kind of smells can ferment in a woodchopper, in regards to the bizarre chemicals found in plants, then blending and rotting. I don't trust those dogs.

tomcat and Venkman. I am sure everyone is aware that you did not comment on the topic. You came in here to only attack me. Disregarding the fact the subject is the murder of a little girl who fought cancer suffering the results of wanting to live.
If not for that I would be impressed by the fact you consider me such a threat to your absurd liberal democrat way of thinking. The funny thing is as each day passes you get closer to paying for your stupidity.
I will offer you a deal now.
Cut out your tongues today and I will forgive your disgusting behavior.

what about 1947? Is that when the moons collided?
If we could all just keep our rears in the rear and off the dining room table.

American Girl. I was making a comparison. The government keeps secrets from everybody. They first achnowledged a flying saucer crash at Roswell. That is a fact. Then someone realized that the main result of such an admission would mean our religions aren't true. The further conclusion being, who we are isn't true. God may have created us but since we're not alone then one must ask, did the individuals in the flying saucers have something to do with our being here? Afterall they have came here from another planet much like our ancesters crossing the ocean from Europe to here.
Same concept but using a different vehicle to travel a further distance. Plus they put a reproducing male and female with no memory of being from a place with great technology. Because they would have to struggle. You want to observe your project without any interference or psycological diffuculties. One can't miss something if one doesn't know it existed.
A theory. But that's why I wrote 1947. Presidents are not even told the truth.

Man, Roswell is hoax. The crashed vehicle was a secret project by the military. a failed project. The other citizen were strongly encouraged to fabricate alternative ideas for people inquiring.
