Teena Marie, an award-winning singer-songwriter known for her R&B
performances, has died, her manager said Sunday. The performer was 54.
Marie was found dead by her daughter after apparently dying in her sleep,
manager Mike Gardner said.

What happen to her!? I love Tina Marie. Her music is great, she has one of those voices that could pierce your soul. Does anybody know what happen to her?
Wow!!! I am in shock. What was her cause of death? I was in my early teens when she sang "Lover Girl" – so inspiring!! She will be missed, my best to her family. God must have needed her....
