How to make New Year's resolutions work

Psychologist Jeff Gardere tells "American Morning" how best to keep your New Year's resolutions.

"Studies show that people who do set resolutions this time of the year are 10 times more likely to achieve their goals, but these are people who work at it, and that's what's most important."

Well if you don't set a resolution it's hard to achieve what you haven't set!

Carol Costello has got to go on American Morning. You would think CNN could get better then her. Honestly, since all the changes I have been forced to watch "Morning Joe". "American Morning" during the week is nothing but a bunch of mish-mash without the other anchors, but I do watch it on the weekends. Costello has no personality and her anchor ability belongs on a Hollywood forum somewhere. Sorry Carol, but you don't belong where they have you presently.
