John Mellencamp splits with wife. They got 20 years and their proud of it? Quitting? For better or worse...for richer and poorer...and in sickness and in health? And their quitting. No talk about it between privately with each other? No discussion with their preacher, pastor or their rabbi about it? No discussion with a marriage counselor (like they can't afford one?) about it? Just quit. I don't know. But this seems so typical of hollywood and the entertainment industry in general... you see it all the time. And your tabloid TV shows and magazines reap the harvest off their calamities, each and "every time" it happens. John – If your reading this (and you probably won't), I've been married 35 years. What would "you" recommend to people to sustain a long and happy marriage till "death do you part"?
Just a little diddy, bout John and Elaine...Two American kids growing up in the heartland. Sorry pal. 😦
