President Obama wants to move quickly on naming the next full-time White House chief of staff, according to two senior Democratic sources close to the process.
The president has narrowed the list down to a two-man race between current interim boss Pete Rouse and former Clinton Commerce Secretary William Daley, said the sources, who noted a slew of staff moves could be announced as early as Friday.

That would be assuming Barack Obama is a liberal. In context anyways. I don't see him as a liberal, I see him as a distraction. Like any president, a walking political soap opera to keep us hashing out semantics.
It is tragically ignorant to blame a president – any president – for the financial woes of a country. The responsibility falls squarely on the shoulders of Congress, and then guess what? It falls on ours. We are the ones who continue to tolerate this and remain ignorant on the issues. We are the ones pointing fingers at each other and calling each other "libs" and "repugs" as if any of that crap is anything but a red herring to keep us all distracted from the truth, which is that we are being robbed blind no matter who is in power.
