Two tickets matched all six numbers in Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing.
The owners of those tickets, purchased in Idaho and Washington, will split the estimated $355 million jackpot.
The winning numbers were 4, 8, 15, 25 and 47, with 42 being the Mega Ball number.
It also paid to be a fan of the TV show, "Lost." Four of the six numbers drawn in the Tuesday's Mega Millions lottery matched the numbers immortalized by the Lost character Hugo "Hurley" Reyes, who hit a $114 million jackpot off them - only to be haunted by the same numbers in later episodes.
If you played Hurley's numbers (4, 8, 15, 16, 23 and 42), you won $150, according to a payout table on the Mega Millions website, though the same table noted that fixed prizes such as the $150 one "may be paid on a pari-mutuel basis and (be) lower than" that amount.

I would know EXACTLY what to do with that money
and I sure as hell wouldn't be going hog-wild with it.
I just hope whoever won ISN'T rich but really needed the money AND are generous by nature and help their other poor friends or relatives ... wisely (meaning they invest it properly so they don't lose it all). I've seen that tv show that relates how people spent their lotto wins. You need to pay the taxes first (some people didn't and then ended up broke in the end) AND you have to invest or put most in savings before giving it away.
yeah most definitely, the christian thing to do would be after 1/3 goes to taxes give 1/3 to the church. then disperse the rest to the homeless. and if they arent christian then take the money away from them and excommunicate them

They WERE Hurley's numbers. He played them before he got to the island. His buddy from the psych hospital was repeating them.
Except, of course, Hurley WON THE LOTTERY with those numbers, darma didn't. I had never seen the show before a few months ago, watched the whole 6 seasons since, and the series finale last night. If anyone dropped the ball on picking Hurleys numbers, it was me. (I even tried to check my numbers after the drawing, but the 'signal was jammed', probably by the volume of people that were trying to find out the numbers. Random?)
This drawing was actually the lost last final episode of Lost.

We have tried again and again to contact you regarding your cow. We are sorry that she got hit by a train but CNN is not responsible. Yes, we know that your family farm was there before the railroad, but you seem to be unfamiliar with the concept of progress. Have you attempted to buy another cow? Cows cannot and do not live forever. Perhaps in the future you will refrain from naming your farm animals after politicians.
