What about the dead and the other wounded? My God, are they going to report how often Gifford is going to the bathroom, too? We have an obsession here. While I do feel for her terrible ordeal and have prayed for her, what's with this &%$#@ press??? Does this woman get any peace in her hospital room???!!! Does her husband who I am sure is in great distress get any peace from the press??? I want to hear about the other people, who died, and all the others who are wounded. Are they considered nobody worth talking about. Is Gifford a god? What is wrong here? I can see it. National obsession into the absurd. Worry about Iran, N. Korea, and China. I do care about Gifford's recovery, but I am sick of seeing it show up every day! Leave her and her husband in peace! Shut up, press!

I'm tired too. They have said enough about the women. She should be able to heal in peace. It is not neccessary to know her brain isn't draining, her arm is useless, she can't do this but can do that and it might work but we don't know yet. ENOUGH, move on people the party is over! Medical spokepersons limit her health status to her family.

To say nothing of the tremendous cost in treating her. Police escorts, Air Force jets helicopters etc etc etc.I mean I feel for her and her family but are any of the other victims being treated in the same way. I think not....

Enough already with news about her. She is not the only one who suffered on that day, what about the people who lost there lives...Terrible things like this happen to people everyday, I am not sure why she would get so much publicity about this. They make it sound like she is the 1st person to ever be shot, to have a husband who loves her and a supportive family to boot. What about news an updates about the other people who where injured on that day. Who is footing the bill for all these *extras* she is getting? She is just an ordinary citizen like the rest of us...
