

Police in Florida have arrested Carmen Barahona on a murder charge in the death of Nubia Barahona, her adoptive daughter.
Nubia and her twin 10-year-old brother were found in a pest control truck on the side of Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach, Florida, last month. The boy was taken to a hospital and is still being treated for severe burns.
Jorge Barahona, the twins' adoptive father, has been charged with attempted first-degree murder with a weapon and aggravated child abuse with a weapon in the case.

No one Said to mom or dad: Why do your children smell like they're rotting? Why do you NOT bathe your children?? Someone Should have called 911 Not Snail (social) Services.

seems awful funny to me because my mother (mandated reporter) got child services called on her for a wanted bathing suit for district dive meet when she just purchased one for $38 2 months before. They wanna see trivial things but not life threatening an important things!!!!!
