Actor Charlie Sheen, fired from his hit comedy series, and his production company have filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros. Television and Chuck Lorre, the creator of "Two and a Half Men," a Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman said Thursday.
The lawsuit claims intentional interference with contractual relations, breach of contract and violation of the California labor code, among other allegations. The production company, 9th Step Productions, is a corporation formed by Sheen to contract out his acting services on the series, according to the lawsuit.
Warner Bros. Television fired Sheen on Monday.

I have watched most of his recent interviews. All his facial expressions, his cool little phases his egotistical opinions and descriptions of himself as well as how he looks at the interviewer after he says them all remind me of a junkie. Even his beauty hoes look like junkies. The man is a crack freak period. Too bad cause I like his work. Did you see the cooking video? Did you think it was funny? I thought it was just an egotistical display confirming his drugged out disposition.

The bottom line is: who cares what he does on his own time! I hope this sends a valuable precedent to big corporate America, that *YOU DON'T OWN THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR YOU!* Basically, we rent ourselves to our employers for x hours a day, with the understanding that we show up ready and capable to work, and that's it! What a person does/says/etc. on their own time should *NEVER* be allowed to be controlled by an employer. Sheen may be quite outspoken, but his work was flawless, and that is all that should matter . . . The "Dream Police" who think they have a right to censor folks thoughts really need to go jump off a mountain or something . . .
Myself, I hope he wins big, simply for the significance of the message sent . . . And Charlie, do whatever you want to do on your own time – it's your life to live and/or destroy . . . just don't take anyone down with you, please!

This is not a question of big corporate America being the bad guy here. Charlie Sheen is a public figure who is paid very well to maintain his public image. No matter what job we have in society, bad-mouthing employers and fellow employees is grounds for dismissal. I don't blame them for firing him and distancing themselves from the mess. They had nothing to do with it. They only hired him to do a job which he clearly threw back in their face. The man is a train wreck trying to take down everyone with him.
When in Boston Charlie, visit one of our great plasmaphorises units in the hospitals and get that Tiger Blood cleansed. You'll still be nuts though.
Charlie's dad was there and found a way out. With all this public humiliation, it's not hard to see why the solution needs to be an anonymous program. I hope he gets there some day. Ya never know, though, some people can be living under a bridge and still think they got it goin' on. 'til then, prayers.
