Contaminated leak into ocean has stopped, Japanese power company says

The leak of contaminated water into the Pacific Ocean from Japan's crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant has stopped as of 5:38 a.m. Wednesday (6:38 p.m. ET Tuesday), Tokyo Electric Power Company said.
