Gotta Watch: Donald Trump

As MSNBC has said, Donald Trump is to politics what Charlie Sheen is to entertainment. You want to watch him just to see what he says next. He keeps questioning President Obama's birthplace, but he gets annoyed when anyone presses him on his "birther" theory. Trump has been a media magnet for years, and now he's dangling the prospect of a potential presidential run. In today's Gotta Watch, we take a look at some of Trump's greatest hits.

'Birther' controversy – Trump says his strengths as a potential candidate like in his stance on "jobs, the economy, and protecting our nation from OPEC, China and all these other countries that are ripping us off." And yet, he complains that, every time he's on TV, he's asked about the theory that President Obama wasn't born in the U.S. Check out this feisty exchange between Trump and CNN's Ali Velshi and Kyran Chetry.

What's in a Trump name? – From "stupid" to "blatherside," so many in the media have their own way to describe Donald Trump. CNN's Jeanne Moos takes a look.

Donald Trump said what?? - Sometimes it seems as though Trump says anything that comes to his mind. And it's not always nice. As he eyes a possible presidential run, CNN.com dug up some of the more zany things the mogul has said over the years.

Gloria Borger: Is Donald Trump bankrupting the GOP?

Wouldn't it be funny if Obama was not a US citizen lmao, how embarrassing that would be to cnn, mnbc, and oh yea, all the Obama worshippers. Personally I don't care one way or the other. I expect to see results, improvements and change, I have not seen any such things from Obama. SO it IS TIME for a real change!

Donald Trump demonstrated once again that he can mangle anyone in a debate just like he did with these 2 CNN pro-Obama harlots.

@D23: Whether or not Trump is qualified is obviously up for debate, but I challenge anyone on here (including your enlightened holiness) to name ONE person interested in running for president that has openly taken a firm approach to any real economic problem? Bush's solution: Hand over $800 billion to the same people who messed up the economy in the first place.
Obama's Fix: Hand over $700 billion to the very same people who ruined the economy, then borrow from China to finance it. People can't pay their mortgage because their job is in another country. Their 401K is gone because corporate america botched that up when the market crashed. At least Trump says he wants to end outsourcing and have actual businessmen deal with foreign economies. All the politicians call our enemies "close allies" Really? When did an ally rip you off? You can challenge Trump's credentials and motivation, but the message is dead on. As far as moving out of state for work goes he's right about that too. I meet so many lazy people that don't want to attend school or relocate for a better job. I'm probably going to relocate one day after school, because Michigan's job climate is horrible. Half of these people commenting about the economy can't even spell, so I highly doubt they have a firm grasp of the complicated world of business. Just hurling insults shows you don't have any answers either, but I would love to hear which horse you're backing.

The ignorance and misinformation and indecency in this country is appaling and frightening. Sure the GOP wants to cut funding for education – if people were smart, they'd lose control. Please realize that Donald Trump cares for only one person, and that is Donald Trump. No one can clean up 8 years worth of mess that was created under GWB, and we all forget too quickly how close we came to going over the edge. Donald Trump and Right wing nuts are all symbols of everything that is wrong with America – believe me, electing them will insure that the world will again hate us, and perhaps seal our dismal fate.

Blaming Obama is wrong and unfair, and Fox and other propaganda has only made it legal to hate and lie, and mixing it up with Christianity reduceds things to the level of slowly killing a person's spriit whether you know it or not – please refrer to your 10 commandments. Fox is not "news", folks, and anyone who believes it or votes for a GOP or TP candidate has forgotten how to think, apparently cares nothing about their fellow man, the environment, or the future of this planet.

We need to get real and support the good media we have left, and urge them to keep pushing for the TRUTH. Our nation and planet are in deep trouble, and it's the 11th hour. Let's remember that we're all connected, and part of the same human family as we celebrate Earth Day...

Yes Donald has had multiple marriages, but he's running as a Republican, so it's wrong. Only politicians from my party can be a philanderer. It's nobody's business as long as it's Tiger Woods or a Democrat.

Donald Trump accused the president of the United States of not having a American birth certificate. What are you talking about Mr. Trump, have you forgotten America 's history. European caucasian people coming to America with no birth-rights in America, and stealing the land from black people. How can you accused someone of doing what the Europeans have been doing the entire time.

I've always thought Trump was a trouble maker, just look at his clown face. My respect for Trump now is slim to non. Just shows what a clown he is.
