    Terrible!
Memphis is a wonderful city, and I have many friends from there. I have spent many happy days in Memphis.
I hope it can be spared severe damage.

This tornado season seems to be off to an awful start! I hope Memphis is spared, and I hope the tornado jumps back into the clouds so further damage can be avoided. Tornados, Unfortunately, have no rhyme or reason! They are as unpredictable as they come, compared to, say, a hurricane, where the path can be predicted with some accuracy.

But with hurricans out of one feeder band that comes on shore could spawn 20 tornadoes. Witnessed that in 2004.

When I went to check on friends, one friends house had minimum roof damage but directly across the street my other friends house was completely gone foundation and all.

Tornados are weird in how they pick and choose what to hit. Same kind of thing happened when we had one here back in '08. We had one side of the street with completely demolished houses, but on the other side, the lawn ornaments weren't even blown over. Mother Nature really captivates me at times!

Tornadoes are dangerous. Make sure every building has a storm cellar.

I am so sorry for everyone's losses and may the dear departed rest in peace.

Maybe we had May in April? One can only hope!
