Defending Casey Anthony - The defense brought molestation allegations against Casey Anthony's father and brother during the trial. It pointed to George Anthony as the real culprit behind the toddler's death and cover-up. Most importantly, Casey Anthony's defense team relied upon the fact that Caylee Anthony's cause of death is undetermined. It believes that's the real reason there's not enough evidence to convict the Florida mother of murder.

Totally guilty of murder. Her actions prove it! What sane person would go out partying while your child is dead, rotting away in a ditch. Her actions and facial expressions while in the courtroom are totally inappropriate She just doesn't appear to be the "greiving mother" type.

Casey was probably responsible for ALL those dead pets. But clearly Cindy (the mom to Casey) should be charged for lying to the STATE. That is not right. THERE is evident that she killed her daughter, she was the last one to know her daughter wearabouts and she is the last one to give account that Caylee has been missing for 31 days. The evident is Casey testimony and lies.
Remove her ovaries & tattoo her forehead-"dead". That should save the state a lot of cash!
Guilty. Narcissistic, pathological Sociopath......she did it. She lied about it. She was offended that her parents "care more about where Caylee is than they do about me".....She ruined her father by accusing him of molestation, by insinuating that he had something to do with this. She accused her brother of molestation. She is beyond all normal comprehension. She should be put away for the rest of her life. There is no rehabilitating someone with sociopathic and Narcissistic traits. There is no cure, no magic pill. Nothing....she is a waste....
She might be guilty, but no hard evidence to support conviction. Involuntary M/S is the best the state can hope for.
The EVIDENT is her (Casey) testimony and lies. That is evident.
There was quite a bit of hard evidence of murder. More so than most cases that are convicted. If you watch the case in your free time, you will see the sheer volume of scientific evidence that proves the murder conclusively.
She was sickeningly fortunate that most forensic evidence was destroyed by the length of time it took to find Caylee and the fact that the body was underwater for a long period of time. Casey will be convicted of a lesser crime than capital murder but it's worrisome that many of the jurors are actually high school drop-outs. Anything can happen.
I believe with out doubt she did it and wants everyone to feel sorry for her. She needs to be sentenced to death w/o the possiblity of parole!! Her parents are lying to cover her up which is understanding because I m sure they don't want to see her die or spend life in prison.

I believe it was premeditated murder from what we have seen being broadcast. She is the most cold faced person I have ever seen. No emotion whatsoever.
But I would like to know where that babies father is??? Who is he.? Where is he? Did she not know the father?

There is no question she lied to the police, so she should be convicted of those 4 counts. As to the murder, I'm not 100 percent certain that she killled her daughter. Granted, she's the world's worst mother. She's a pathalogical liar. She's a stupid party girl. But unless you are 100 percent certain, you must vote not guilty. So my vote on the murder is not guilty.

Not guilty. There is evidence that someone covered up a death. There is no evidence that that someone was Casey. There is no evidence that that death was a murder.
There was conclusive proof of a murder. There was conclusive proof that someone was Casey.
