Casey Anthony was served papers in jail Tuesday night for her deposition in a defamation lawsuit filed by Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez, an assistant to Gonzalez's attorney John Morgan said Wednesday.
When her daughter Caylee was missing, Casey Anthony said the 2-year-old was with a nanny by that name. Eventually confronted by her family, Casey Anthony maintained that Gonzalez had kidnapped Caylee.
Authorities never found the nanny. They found a woman named Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez, who denied ever meeting the Anthonys and later filed the defamation lawsuit.

Anyone (especially Casey Anthony) who had the guys to do such a heinous crime on a child, continued to use the tax payers money of any state, to use someone's else's idenity, as to put blame on that person of committing a murder, take Law Enforcement on a wild goose chase for several weeks and continued to LIE deserves to be SLAPPED SO HARD WITH A LAWSUIT FROM EVERYONE who was involved in her child's search! Ms. Gonzalez defiantly has every right to clear her name from all the evil that Casey has brought into her life & the lives of her family.
It may very well be about the MONEY, but it's MONEY that Ms. Gonzalez & her family deserves!!!! I say GOOD LUCK
I agree, she should pay for all the time and effort she has given. Even the good behavior should have gone wayside.
