Gotta Watch: What $$$ can buy

There may be things money can't buy, but there are a lot of things it can. You can shell out $100,000 on a fancy sports car or $1 million on a nice home, but that's not enough for one New Yorker. He bought an island. To stick with that theme, Gotta Watch looks at some videos showing examples of just what money can buy. Some of the price tags may surprise you.

If you want it, buy it - This New York resident really liked an island he could see from his home, so he bought it. Check out what he got for his money.

$5 for a new car - A lucky Michigan man bought a brand-new car for just a bit more than the price of a gallon of gas. Jonathan Mason purchased a new Chevy Camaro from a penny auction website.

King for a day - Have you ever heard of a country called Liechtenstein? Well, if you have enough money, you can own it... for a day, at least. Rent the small country out for you and 900 of your closest friends for the small price tag of $70,000 a day.

I discovered paradise and it cost almost nothing to get there: http://andreasmoser.wordpress.com/2011/07/07/i-discovered-paradise/ – Nature and a good book make me happy, both are almost free. If I want to go on a spending spree, I'll add a cigar.
