Monday's live events

Happy Halloween from your friends at CNN.com Live!  We hope you'll find more treats than tricks on this day.

Today's programming highlights...

9:30 am ET - 'A Discussion with Herman Cain' - GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain made headlines this weekend, but not the good kind of headlines.  See if Cain responds to allegations of "inappropriate" behavior when he addresses the American Enterprise Institute.

10:00 am ET - NASA facilities announcement - With the shuttle program grounded, does this mean an end to flights at Kennedy Space Center?  Not a chance!  NASA will announce plans to open its facilities to U.S. commercial space launch providers.

12:00 pm ET - Cain at National Press Club - Herman Cain embarks on a tradition that many presidential candidates have performed, speaking before the National Press Club in Washington, then getting the souvenir coffee cup when all is said and done.

12:00 pm ET - Conrad Murray trial - Testimony resumes in the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, who's charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson.

CNN.com Live is your home for breaking news as it happens.
