Lowe's pulls advertising from TLC's 'All-American Muslim'

Lowe's has pulled its advertising from the reality TV show "All-American Muslim," which the retail store called a "lightning rod."

"All-American Muslim" is an eight-part series that follows five Muslim families living in Dearborn, Michigan.

"Lowe's has received a significant amount of communication on this program, from every perspective possible. Individuals and groups have strong political and societal views on this topic, and this program became a lightning rod for many of those views. As a result we did pull our advertising on this program," the company said in a statement Saturday.

Florida Family Association's complain is not facts it is a opinion:
Florida Family Association complained, saying the program was "propaganda that riskily hides the Islamic agenda's clear and present danger to American liberties and traditional values."
How can Lowes act on opinion and not facts?
There is no indication of the death penalty for apostasy in the Qur'an-
Bad people made the up the death penalty for leaving their faith.

Lowes real mistake was getting involved in the first place. I'm sure lots of well known companies wisely declined the "honor" of supporting that show, and no one even knows who they are. Lowes stepped in it, but when all the howler monkeys quiet down, and Lowes counts their money, they'll see they made the right decision in the end.
