U.S. President Barack Obama plans to ask Congress for more power to shrink the federal government, a White House official said Friday.
Obama plans to speak at 11:20 a.m. about his plans to make the federal government "leaner, smarter and more consumer-friendly," the official said.
The president's proposal includes plans to combine several agencies that focus on commerce and trade.

Yeah, you missed one heck of a discussion. It was actually the SOS.
BTW, how are you doing now ?

Republicans will not allow this by a Democratic President.
Just another smoke and mirror ploy to get re-elected. The GOP won't give him what he asks for in the form he wants it, but it's all for show anyway.
