@ portland tony most times I agree with you but not this time. Do you really think jo pa would have went to the AD if he thought he had been lied to .Dont forget the D A has a sworn statement from jo pa.No this time your sounding more like a lawyer for the ACLU.
NOT THE ACLU.........ANYTHING BUT!
If it was one of my family members' children that he molested, I don't think he would have ever made it to an indictment. You can mess with me, don't mess with my family. I'm basically a nice guy, but some things make me turn green. Kinda like Bruce Banner.
INCREDIBLE HULK!!!
Either that or orange and lumpy. It's clobberin' time!
Just more B.S.!! Innocent until proven guilty, however, in these type of cases NO ONE should be allowed ANY contact with children! It is bad enough that our justice system is tlawed and that to many judges put their personal beleifs into theri decisions. Attornies that manipulte the system so they can get paid even if they beleive their client is guilty makes a complete joke out of the system.
A good defense attorney does not ask his client if he did it or not...the attorney doesn't want to know.
That's how they can sleep at night.
@portland tony i hope you dhdnt miss the part where i saie most of the time i agree with you.Your post are well said from a inteligent man.
What!? Let the pedophile have visitation w/children! This makes as much sense as pardoning 100's of violent/homicidal criminals as your last official gubernatorial act! What is wrong w/our public servants!? Are they not elected/paid to protect the public!? Aaarrrgghhh, I'm so confused!!
