Andrew Breitbart, a well-known conservative blogger, has died, his attorney confirmed Thursday. He was 43.
Breitbart was also known as a pundit on conservative television shows and got his start helping to run the original right-wing online media behemoth, the Drudge Report, then started his own website.
Breitbart was the first to post the infamous Twitter photos of U.S. Rep Anthony Weiner last year, in which the congressman appeared barechested and in his underpants. Weiner eventually stepped down amid the scandal.
An In Memoriam post on his website breitbart.tv said that it was with a "terrible feeling of pain and loss" that they announces his death.
"Andrew passed away unexpectedly from natural causes shortly after midnight this morning in Los Angeles," the post said. "We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior. Andrew lived boldly, so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love."
According to the post, in a new conclusion to one of his books, he wrote about how much he loved his job and fighting for what he believed in.
Andrew recently wrote a new conclusion to his book, Righteous Indignation:
"Andrew is at rest, yet the happy warrior lives on, in each of us," the post stated.

Even Breitbart's website says natural causes. If you are going to criticize CNN why do you even bother going to their website? Betcha Fox and MSNBC say the same thing.
When you drop dead are you going to want your family, friends and public to know the sad details which would likely require an autopsy?
My father dropped dead at age 76 in January of natural causes. We don't know if it was a stroke, a heart attack or breakage of an abdominal aortic aneurysm. He's gone and he went quickly, without pain. We don't need to have him cut up to determine which one it was.
I don't believe there ever will be a party or political affiliate devoid of lying to get what they want. John McCain indicated that lying was essential to surviving the POW camps.

Like you would never see something like that form the "right"? Please, grow up. A sick person is a sick person, it isn't distinguished by party lines as simple minds may think.
I had no love for his opinions and was highly critical of his body of work. But, I sincerely hope he's found peace, and I hope we all keep his his family in our best thoughts as we would anyone we know who have suffered such a shocking loss. The very few out there who have been ugly do not represent all those of opposing opinions. You, too, should be more responsible. You've used his death as a chance to recklessly lash out. For that, you should be ashamed.
How do you die of natural causes at 42? Not getting the whole story here by a long shot.
People have heart attacks or blood clots or strokes at 43 fairly frequently. Those all qualify as natural causes.
Natural causes means that It could be a body malfunction such as heart attach. I am not sure either as to why the name it natural causes.
Wake up! These people steal elections, start wars on phony pretexts, distort, lie and ruin other people lives and never look back, much less apologize, and you want to play nice. It doesn't work that way. They see your humanity as weakness. Crush them and move on. That's the only way to make America the country it can be. It's sad but true and I've had enough.

How can they say he died of natural causes if he died just 16 hours ago? They completed a thorough autopsy and toxicology report already? How do we know he did not mix something deadly with his heart meds? cocaine perhaps? I'm not buying it. All these D-Bag Conservocrats have a dirty little secret and I bet drugs was his.
He seemed so filled with anger and hatred for the "left" and the Democratic Party, it's not surprising he died so young. It's believed that extreme stress can cause early death.

No matter what you thought of him, making jabs at his passing is sick. On the other hand, using his death to spread rumors and stupidity is also sick.
I thought he was an egotistic blowhard who peddled fear and snake oil conspiracy to his audience, but my opinion doesn't matter now. We've lost another human being with a powerful voice, loved by many.
Let his works be the test of his worth, and may he rest in peace.
