Gotta Watch: Former child stars against Kirk Cameron

Several of Kirk Cameron’s fellow child stars are now lashing back for comments he made about homosexuals. In March he told CNN’s Piers Morgan that homosexuality is unnatural, detrimental and ultimately destructive to many of the foundations of civilization. He also stars in newly released  documentary where he speaks out on the topic. In a new Funny or Die clip, members of a group calling itself Child Celebrities Opposing Kirk Cameron, or CCOKC, try to poke holes in Cameron’s theories.

Cameron: 'Homosexuality is unnatural'

Kirk Cameron believes homosexuality is unnatural, detrimental and ultimately destructive to foundations of civilization. Hear more of his thoughts on the matter.

Former child stars lash back at Cameron

Several of Kirk Cameron's fellow former child stars do not support Kirk's stance on homosexuality and same-sex marriages. A group calling itself Child Celebrities against Kirk Cameron, or CCOKC challenged Cameron. Here's a little bit of what they had to say in their "Funny or Die" clip.

Comments on homosexuality spark debate

George Takei and Stephen Baldwin square off on Kirk Cameron's comments on homosexuality and the gay marriage debate. Baldwin supports Cameron. Takei says Cameron's beliefs have no place in the laws that govern the country.

O.K., Now I get it CNN. I'll try for the fourth time.......
Kirk Cameron is a washed up child star from the 80's who at some point got all evangelical. This has been his "new" shtick for years now. So his view points should come as no surprise to anyone who has channel surfed over the last several years. It's old news. Piers Morgan on the other hand is a media wh_re who knew full well he would get Cameron to say what he said on camera and for Morgan to act surprised by it is completely disingenuous. I've seen Morgan in the past corner celebs who are atheists and challenge them on it while promoting his own belief in God, I assume because he knows most of the U.S. audience believes in God as well. The whole thing is a side show and both interviewer and interviewee are warped in their own way.

    Mr. Cameron

    Proverbs 6:16-19

16)These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
17)A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18)An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19)A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

today this prophecy has been fulfilled:
and in the last day right shall be called wrong and wrong shall be called right...

Woe to you that call evil good, and good evil: that put darkness for light, and light for darkness: that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter.

That's why I'm here. To save Israel and usher in the end times.
If a happy person votes Republican then Jesus loves you.

Manufactured controversy. That's all this is. That's the real story here....how easily the public can be manipulated by a manufactured controversy. A christian evangelical thinks gays are destroying the foundations of society. This is a surprise? Give me a break.

Jews, Christians, Muslims………………………all of them JUDGES, pointing fingers at others to deflect their own MASSIVE imperfection.

Here's the paradox: according to your own holy books, you judges with your pointing fingers will be JUDGED with swiftly and severely. Judges and sinners will suffer the same end.

Make your belief in the divine private…………and maybe you will be respected and ultimately judged by your god in a better way.

Frankly, the current administrations lenient approach to relations with North Korea has allowed many people to think they can be happy.
If I am elected resident we will send two carriers to the gulf and change all that.
We can let people know it is no longer ok to be happy. Unless you vote for me.
Then my wife will report to me if there are any happy women and if they work.

A fish in the Tropics is born a male, changes to female to have eggs, changes back to male to fertilize, has young fry and changes back to male to raise them

      @ Covarprice:
What you wrote about the tropical fish's gender may well be true, but then it may not: your perception of the material fish's gender could be merely a product of deluded so-called "scientist's" imagination (mortal mind).
This is a certain fact: a fish that repeatedly changes its gender in the manner you described has never read the Holy Bible and lived by the Word's guidance. The fish is therefore condemned, even if by Predestination, to suffer Eternity in Hell.
May I remind you that hellfire and brimstone will be most uncomfortable for the immortal soul of a fish that tried to fool Mother Nature.
Furthermore, the fish probably has AIDS.

Live and let live. Mind your own business. Don't impose your will on others or try to keep another man (or woman) down. Pretty basic stuff. Why is that so hard for some people to grasp? Ignorance and insanity are the only reasons I can think of.
We should all have been born with basic common sense like I've described above. I don't need some ancient text to tell me how to live or some misguided interpreter of ancient texts to tell me how to live. I was born with a rational mind, fully capable of figuring out right from wrong.

There are no happy people in Iran. It is a stoneable offense to be happy there.
Look, there is a tv show about happy people from Iran. And I will buy TV time on that show so that my opponent can be cast in a light bill-ion aire do_nors would want him to be seen in.

Now look, I know people envy me because I am successful, handsome and a funny guy. Let's not talk about the politics of envy.
Let's talk about my record of creating jobs at brain Capitol. I created 100,000 jobs paying an average 26,700 per year.
With this kind of income , hard working Americans can pay the mortgage, save money for kids college, take nice vacations and still give a two million dollar per year tax break to the very wealthy.
As your next resident I promise to create 6 million of these jobs.
