I wonder if the people on board the plane were surprised, or if they were just jaded with the whole situation.. After all, what's the point of life anyway?
Sorry, but with all due respect to the skills of the pilots, when the winds are so turbulent that they have to abort landing in order to fly around and attempt it again, they should be directed to an alternate airport. There is no sense in the risk or the fear factor for passengers.

As a relatively inexperienced private pilot, I gotta say: that these planes landed at all seems really irresponsible to me.
Exactly! It's crazy that they would try to land a plane in that situation. I can't even think something like this happening in the US. I would sue an airline who would put me in that time of danger!

Looks like one missed approach and a nice crosswind landing. These things happen somewhere in the world every day. The pilots did their jobs the way the were supposed to. It looks more dramatic than it really was.
A blonde gets an opportunity to fly to a nearby country. She has never been on an airplane anywhere and was very excited and tense. As soon as she boarded the plane, a Boeing747, she started jumping in excitement, running over seat to seat and starts shouting, "BOEING! BOEING!! BOEING!!! BO....."
She sort of forgets where she is, even the pilot in the co ck-pit hears the noise. Annoyed by the goings on, the Pilot comes out and shouts "Be silent!"
There was pin-drop silence everywhere and everybody is looking at the blonde and the angry Pilot. She stared at the pilot in silence for a moment, concentrated really hard, and all of a sudden started shouting, "OEING! OEING! OEING! OE...."

Speaking of ads and such, it drives me crazy when CNN and other networks are showing a video of something on the ground or otherwise on the bottom of the TV screen...but they leave the stinkin chirons on so you can't see squat. C'mon guys!
