Greek leftist leader lays out radical agenda

Greek leftist leader Alexis Tsipras on Tuesday laid out the radical agenda he hopes to pursue if he becomes prime minister, including the cancellation of international loan agreements to Greece that forced the country into sharp budget cuts.

He also called for state control of the banks as he started efforts to form a governing coalition in the wake of parliamentary elections on Sunday.

The Greek people voted clearly to reject the austerity demanded by international lenders, Syriza Party leader Tsipras said.

The two parties that made the agreement with international lenders "don't have a majority any more to vote for the plundering and looting of the Greek people," Tsipras told lawmakers.

Tsipras met Greek President Karolos Papoulias earlier on Tuesday to get instructions to try to cobble together a government in the wake of elections that left the country's political system in chaos.

Syriza will have three days to form a government.

Whatever. the fact remains that dude called me a neo nazi. i didnt insult anyone. i simply gave a heads up about some news that at that time was not reported. kind of strange cnn is constantly late reporting on anything that doesnt make obama look like our savior. thats if they report it at all. got one for you to check out. cnn refuses to report on the two journalists in virginia who were attacked by a mob of black people. they wont report on it because apparantly only white people can be racists. but they sure did do a good job of painting george zimmerman up as a white man stirring up the race baiters. where are the race baiters on this one? wheres all the outrage now that there is a true racist issue? oh yeah i forgot only white people can be racist. maybe thats why they put that white paint on a mexican.

At this point it should be more than obvious to all the blind fools that socialism has failed all of europe. if america is strong enough to overcome the mess obama has created america will once again be the worlds dominate power.

Funny on the unamerican greek name, haha. If you paid attention, I had told you my parents were born in Greece and I was born here, so nonetheless I can call myself whatever I want anyway. Who cares what you think! And I warned you long ago that I would start calling you a neo nazi fascist tea-bagger GOP. The reason for this, as previously mentioned, is because you like to group others into broad categories. Therefore I am doing the same to you, along with your GOP tea-bagger brainwashed political views.

Greece had nothing to do with, wanted nothing to do with, had no part in anything that had to do with Germany or Italy or Nazis during WW2. Try reading a history book instead of listening to your daddy GWB or uncle Cheney or auntie maverick Palin.

One more thing to explain to you for tonights lesson plan is that the far-right parties are often considered neo nazis and fascists. You seem to be way past the half-right so that is why I called you that. Nazis had the word "socialist" in their party name, but they were much much much different than modern examples. Your daddy GWB and buddy tea-baggers are far-right, therefore approaching neo nazi ideals, therefore the same as you.

@ unamerican greek bush the tea party and republicans are on the right. nazis were on the left with all the other socialists. you call the tea party criminals and terrorists but it was your communist occupy people that were blowing up bridges, vandalizing private property, smashing store windows, comitting armed robbery, rioting, setting the woods on fire and a long list of other acts of terror. noone is listening to your argument its obvious who the criminals are and they are on your side.

@ unamerican greek you are so wrong. maybe you need to pick up a history book. greece failed because they tried the same failed policies as nazi germany, rome, the soviet union and egypt. how many times are you socialists going to fail before you learn from history?

you got those numbers from the obama spin machine.when bush left office unemployment was 6.8 percent by obamas standards. obama doubled the national debt. it is now 16.9 trillion. and bush had two wars to fight.he did that only adding 2 trillion.

If someone contradicts you, it's a spin machine. When you throw out numbers....you make them up along the way. DON'T VOTE FOR OBAMA THEN, hamster. Just quit your spin doctor bull mentality and badly written rants. You sound like a fourth grader.

Unamerican hamsta. So unamerican. Everybody knows you're from Hamstadam, so why are you getting your little furry body all up in arms over another's name? You don't like Greece? DON'T GO THERE! Seems simple enough for even a hamsta from Hamstadam to understand. We're nothing like Greece, this isn't a socialism-driven nation, and you are a loon. You make as much sense as....well nothing compares 2 U.
