Back off banasy! I love her!
I see the troll is attacking people. What is your problem today? Mad because people are not as holy as you? Think about what you are doing. How god-like is that? I am always mystified on you judgment of others, being hateful, and saying mean vile things makes you more holy than others?
@Troll by the way I wrote the Unwed Fathers in reponse to Unwed Mothers-because I think if you are going to be judge-"mental" be an even across the board bigot.
I did not think Jesus died and left North Carolina in judgement of the living and the dead.
Marriage is a manmade agreement.
NC is a christian red neck state. They prove their ignorance is a amazing. How is christianity still supported by the ignorant majority.
Good morning all
They deleted my comment agreeing with Scottish Mama.
I do.
I saw this on another thread:
Call a union between two consenting adults a civil ceremony; those who wish to can get married in a church if they wish to call it "Holy Matrimony".
I think that is a fine idea.
I believe the definition of marriage is the following:
the state of being united to a person of the opposite s@x as husband or wife in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law
Now let us look at the following verse: Also note the word *unite* in both the definition and the verse
"For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh (Gen. 2:24)."
See man has interjected himself into God creation. For what reason tho?
I'll go first. For MONEY
Good morning, Mary.
Good morning, banasy. And yes I did see the post where you agreed with Scottish Mama.
Question, Is it ok with all here that society has redefined marriage... in essence, correcting God on the matter?
Merriam Websters Dictionary has, under the SECOND definition it states the following
(2) : the state of being united to a person of the same s@x in a relationship like that of a traditional marriage
Sorry folks, I have no leverage in correcting God.
@Mary – Webster was written by man. You cannot correct a God with a manmade book- the bible. And the Popes has changed the way of the church many times and he is just a man in a cloak professing to carry out Gods' will.
Websters dictionary IS trying to *correct* God on who can marry, Mama
Websters Dictionary is saying that the definition of marriage is ALSO between a man and a man ... woman and a woman.
That's FLAT OUT WRONG! and not Gods intent for marriage.
No gays in the bible? Exlain Jonathan and David. Nobody EVER does. Pshaw!
Good Evening everyone
I'm all for letting who ever wants to get married get married. We all work, live, pay taxes, and love so why not.
