Syrian protesters spilled out into the streets after morning prayers Friday as regime forces shelled various opposition neighborhoods, activists said.

Planned protests were under way in various neighborhoods including the capital Damascus and the provinces of Homs, Hama, Aleppo and Deir Ezzor.

As the protesters gathered, regime forces shelled the Homs neighborhoods of Sultanieh and Jobar, opposition activists said.

Security forces killed at least eight people in Syria on Friday, including seven in Hama province, according to the Local Coordination Committees of Syria.

One more person was killed in Qusair town in Homs province, the group said.

Reports are surfacing including UN sources that the 'rebels' are not all they are made out to be. Involved in crimes and atrocity, "armed and trained in Kosovo" by meddling countries they serve agenda yet unclear. certainly not which we are made to believe.

This isn't the first time I have heard assertions like that, saywhat. Traine mercenaries seem to be the warrior du jour these days. It doen't bode well for Syria if these assertions are true.

Its not that simple. Its more the agenda of the forces which saw Bashar regime as an obstacle to their designs.

Assad has to be stopped, his murdering of over 30 children and over 60 adults is that of a Hitler like monster. His continuous memory lose, not recognizing this anti government protestings and finger pointing ,saying terrorist are to blame when it is he who is funding and arming the same monsterous murderers made clear by the continueing videos coming from citizens that are hiding where they can, so these government funded thugs won't get them.NATO and the US have to intercede and oust Assad out of power by his surrender or death by military action to stop this needless bloodshed being seen globally, quit killing the innocents, they have a voice too!!
