FIFA asks war crimes prosecutor to probe corruption

World soccer's governing body FIFA has nominated the International Criminal Court's chief prosecutor, Luis Moreno-Ocampo, to be its lead anti-corruption investigator, FIFA said Tuesday.

The Argentinian prosecutor is best known for pursuing war crimes charges against Libya's late Col. Muammar Gadhafi and the president of Sudan, Omar al-Bashir.

News of his nomination comes a day after police in Italy arrested at least 19 people, including Lazio team captain Stefano Mauri, in connection with a match-fixing investigation - the latest scandal to plague international soccer.

Corruption is everywhere, even in the International Criminal Court's chief prosecutor, Luis Moreno-Ocampo, who has done some unethical things using his position as Chief Prosecutor such as interfering and obstructing the cases file with the International Criminal Court regarding the Vatican – Moreno-Ocampo is a Catholic and should have recused himself from anything to do with a case against his Pope.

As for FIFA, it might come to regret choosing this guy who has already shown personal bias in his duties as Chief Prosecutor.

...and then US inner-cities where 80% of troop recruits come from. (to see if there might be a link between war crimes and street crimes done by the same people before war broke out)
