George Zimmerman's lawyers have vowed to file a motion asking a Florida judge for a new bond hearing for their client Monday, a day after the murder suspect returned to jail on a judge's order.
The 28-year-old Florida man accused in the death of Trayvon Martin had been free on bond for weeks until Sunday afternoon, when he turned himself in to authorities in Seminole County, Florida.
Zimmerman become a focus of intense national attention earlier this year, after he fatally shot the unarmed African-American teenager who had just gone out to buy a bag of Skittles and Arizona Iced Tea at a 7-Eleven in Sanford, Florida.
The neighborhood watch volunteer had claimed the February 26 shooting was in self-defense. Martin's family and civil rights activists from around the nation contended Zimmerman, who is white Hispanic, racially profiled the 17-year-old and ignored a 911 dispatcher's request not to follow him.

Sounds like everyone is showing their true colors this morning... not worth dying over. If Tray had of been a white boy, none of this would have happened. No doubt his family are upset. My thoughts and prayers are with them.
I hope bond is revoked, but wouldn't it be interesting to trace his donors... bet we'd find a loving bunch (pun intended).

If the shooter had been black the media would have let this die until a court date was set. This man Zimmerman has to pay for being almost white and maybe with his life. The rush to judgment has already convicted him. That is so sad regardless what your color of skin. What if he were telling the truth? The man attacked him from the rear and was beating the crap out of him. What If?
@ HighHopes,good morning to you and Chrissy.Zimmerman has monies coming in from Grover Norquist,Chuck Norris,the gang from the NRA.100,000 put in Zimmermans account,and getting bigger from the group alone..ALEX,AMERICAN LEGISLATIVE EXCHANGE COUNSEL,a legal group that volunteers for cases like this,backed off because of their supposid ties with the KKK and other white supremisist groups,their contributors were Coca Cola,Pepsico,Gates Foundation and other nationally known high profile corporations that after finding out on this nasty little fact quit donating to ALEX immediately.Jeb Bush is also founder of STAND YOUR GROUND LAW,it was made a law for the NRA in exchange for past contributions to his governorship in the past..So if Zimmerman lied of his contributions,now amounting over 235,000 dollars to get probono lawyers,that's free,can you trust him, his wife or anyone else associated with him to tell the truth on this case,I don't think so and I'm here in Florida,close to where its at,hearing it all the time.He's guilty and he knows it,plus the police department is in hot water over the handling of this case too,it'll come out during the trail....Then the law may be repealed or restructured,making tougher guidelines before being acceptable again...

Yes he is alot dead because he over reacted to someone asking him what he was doing in the neighborhood and then tried to kill that man. Guess he did not know he had a gun. Too bad and just as dead. Why could he not have told him where he was going and quickly left the area and gone on to that apartment? Makes too much sense huh? Pot heads think they are Gods.
@ Lizabeth, i am white and even i can note profiling when i hear it! Zimmerman already stated the reason he followed travon was BECAUSE he was black so he knew he didnt live there!! Zimmerman made this racist not the media, nor the public!
I think you need to check some facts here. Zimmerman never mentioned his race until the 911 asked him if he was black. He stated "I think so." Strange that you were there and know it all.
And travon was kicked out of school for the pot baggie! He was not found with anything illegal by the police after he was murdered so THAT has absolutely no bearing on this case! And he most certainly didnt deserve to be shot for THAT!

Thanks, Pete. Scarey to think All-American, apple pie companies would support the right to bear arms to this extreme. And to think there are still those who balk at the mention of systematic discrimination. Hopefully, Tray's death will serve a purpose bigger than giving ignorant racists something to complain about. It's not just Florida, the whole nation should learn something from this. Thanks, again.
@High Hopes,I'm a registered gun owner and have the concealed permit.It's scares me also knowing people like Zimmerman,who are armed,can get guns so easily.We here have a 5 day cooling off period,basic background checks in Florida,but it doesn't address the indiviguals problems before they occure,being psychological testing a needed improvement over current regulations that are pretty lenient for ownership of a gun...My sentiments exactly and your very much welcomed,take care...
