State media: China to launch manned spacecraft this month

China plans to launch a manned spacecraft this month to dock with a space lab that has been orbiting the earth since September, state media reported Saturday.

The Shenzhou-9 was moved to a launch platform Saturday to allow scientists to conduct tests before the mid-June flight, Xinhua news agency reported.

This will be China's first crew expedition involving manual docking. If all goes as planned, it will be the third nation, next to the U.S. and Russia, to dock capsules in space.

@Hope. As if President Obama isn't fully aware of each and every single crime George W. Bush committed while in office, yet says nothing. Your president is FULLY aware of US troops being used as corporate security for the Bush Bin laden Group's vast petroleum holdings in the Middle East, Africa, and soon Iran and Venezuela.
Get a clue. Bush and Obama are one.

I guess if you consider the big picture, we're all slaves, being bottle-fed rhetoric by crooked politicians who live off the fruits of our labor. But, that's a whole different subject.

I believe there are Americans on this space mission?

Come on you guys it's just a joke. If you do suffer from BP1 or BP2, you know that a sense of humor is necessary.

Was it China that placed a gag order on FBI Sibel D. Edmonds after she traced the 9/11 money trail back to the House of Saud and Bin Laden families rather than Iraq or Afghanistan?
Are our 9/11 victims families suing chinese men? Afghanis? Iraqis? NO! They are suing the men who financed 9/11.
And again, you have no opinion on this b/c your opinion has not been served to you by TV MAJOR MEDIA TALKING HEADS. (though i'm sure some off-the-cuff opinions are sure to follow)
Even to this day, President Obama refuses to have Sibel d. Edmond's gag order lifted. Why? You all know President Obama better than I. Why does he refuse?

    Saywhat:
I'm not surprised at all, given that we expected this...
And Russia and China being allies isn't exactly shocking to me either.

It appears I've offended one with many names or many with one name. Whichever the case may be, I do humbly apologize for the perceived insensitivity.

No need to apologize @bobcat(in a hat), one needs to have a sense of humor.

Good Morning. As you well know, being PC is not something that I adhere to continuously. In my own personal development, humor has been a large part of maturing process. At one time I was, like many here, way to serious about everything. By infusing humor as one facet of my personality, I have found the balance that has helped me to succeed in life. Life is way too short. We all need to learn to laugh at ourselves.

...just as we were bombarded with Ja panese products when Kuwait began selling cheap oil in unlimited supplies to Iraq's OPEC contract customer, Ja pan.
Who developed Kuwaits oilfields and still own vast mineral rights there? The very men who went on to establish the Bush Bin Laden group. (known as The Carlyle Group in the USA, with none other than Bush-Zapata employee Bill J. Clinton brokering the deal)
The Iraqi people complained to the UNs 193 governments for nearly two years concerning this illegal activity...snubbed by veto power nations. Finally, out of desperation (for they had lost 60% of their economy literally overnight) Iraqis crossed Kuwaits border and began setting Bushco oilwells on fire. (of course your fed opinion is that Iraq invaded the Kuwait b/c Iraq is "axis of evil")

And lo and behold, US TROOPS were mobilized and positioned to invade Kuwait and protect Bushco oil interests in the name of God&Country even before Congress voted on going to war.
With the American fed opinion being "go get 'em boys". (the same who have now flip-flopped to "i don't care. bring our boys home" in full compliance with the fed opinion of today)

Al-Shabaab has placed a bounty of 10 camels for President Barack Obama and two camels for information on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton."

My thought? That's not even a full pack, what a ripoff!

All this talk about the evil Chinese government is nonsense. They are doing what any governing body who has to maintain order over some 1.3 billion people. Remember they just started after being a backward nation since the Communist take over. They spend more than any country on infrastructure, they own practically our national debt and slowly but surely are overtaking the US as an economic power. The only thing the US
outspends them is on arms. So they lag in human rights and an open political system. That too will Improve over time...Just like us..when women and blacks couldn't vote. Time is on their side.

How many Polish men does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
One. Since it only took two to crack the Nazis secret Enigma Code. (a'course the axis powers GB/USA claim they did it at Blechley Park in London) Odd how they knew what the Nazis were planning and let 'em have at it anyway, isn't it?
