Shes young so what. Maybe in the next olympics when she will be 20, she will act different. I dont know about you guys but my personality changed dramatically from 16 to 20. At 16 I was angry at my parents for anything they did while at 20 i see them as an example and asking for advice. Its life. She simply just acted her age. Then at 30 years old she will probably already be a mom. Then at 45, she will be dealing with her teenage kids' bullcrap. Then at 55 she will be a grandmother. Then at 65, she will be rooting her teenage grandaughter at the olympics and she will tell her to ALWAYS smile. But then her grandaughter wont listen, and the same thing will happen to her getting a silver that should have been a gold, she will give the same face. And the cycle continues.
Only difference is that in my religious belief, the world will not last that long. JESUS IS COMING BACK MY FRIENDS!!! VERY SOON, so lets all walk on the right path so we can all have an eternal life in heaven with our Creator, The Most Powerful, ALMIGHTY GOD!!

She made that face as a joke, if you google her name you will see it's become an internet "Meme" with people taking the pic of her face on the medal stand and photoshopping it in other situations, with the caption "Not Impressed". Shes 16, has worked harder for a goal than most of us in twice that time, and is having a little fun with it. Good for her!
