Let me guess: they built the parking garage over the remains of Jimmy Hoffa?

Well, I hear he used the city's payroll like a personal slush fund to hire inept friends for key posts and directing resources towards frivolous projects like parks and parades while the crime rates, dropout rates, illegitimate birth rates soar and business flees the high taxes. His housing director was a felon convicted of theft and was compelled to resign. His chief of staff was arrested trying to buy heroin. His half-brother, whose authority he elevated at the city water plant, was arrested on charges of stealing. Most recently, his law director resigned after arguing with Mack over complying with open-records laws and potential violations of laws prohibiting city contracts to big campaign donors.

Democrat? Republican? Doesn't matter. They are all corrupt career politicians. None of them deserve a second vote.

Funny how CNN doesn't mention that the mayor is a Democrat. Very typical. By the way, is this mayor related to Kwame Kilpatrick, the corrupt Dem. mayor of Detroit? Doesn't matter. All crooks.
