Ex-Steelers doc arrested in alleged drug conspiracy

A former team doctor for the Pittsburgh Steelers was arrested Friday on charges of conspiracy to illegally distribute anabolic steroids, human growth hormone and painkillers to his patients, though authorities declined to comment on whether the drugs were ever prescribed to players.

Dr. Richard A. Rydze, 62, faces a 185-count indictment for allegedly dispensing the drugs from September 2007 through March 2011, though other related charges date back to 2005, prosecutors said.

    The drugs are not illegal just in how. and who distribute themNo one is forcing anyone. to use or giving them witout full knowledge of the end user.
    If two or more people decide to do something and also do not tell anyone about what they agred to do or what tjeir common thoughts were they have formed a cospiracy.
    Which today can land your fanny in jail for anything having to do with any form of public dissent with out lisence to do so.

    I still say, after reading some of the horror stories of SSRI's, Cnn and others should step-up to the plate and show *real* concern for public welfare by adding these into their headline articles...
    Fascinating how delicate the mind is when altered by drugs...
    Not so, when your normally easy-going husband of 40 years on his third day of paxil, tries to stab you!

    Not to worry about adverse effects of drugs or war upon the mind much longer as each branch of military is spening multiplr millions to finace the burgeoning fiel of combined psycotherepeutical medication with psychology and psyciatry.
    Soon you can have pills that will assre you of non mental violent reactions but make. the mentall insane appear sane. as long as they take the pills that is.
    Then again the use of sound therapy to keep people confuded is proving do successful in Iraq,that the operators become suicidal is reason they new pills.

    A man enters a movie joude statts shooting evrryone in sight but does not run aftewards but greets those who came to arrest .
    His field of study at local college under Drpt of Fefence and other fed grants the bugeoning field of combining pamaceuticals with psychiatry.
    So well versed in the field he actually presented papers to his colleagues. Gov said he eas under psychiatrist observation and had seen a few.
