Emir of Qatar becomes first head of state to visit Gaza since blockade

The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, visited Gaza Tuesday and became the first official head of state to visit since Egypt and Israel instituted a blockade in 2007.

Qatari aid to the Palestinians in Gaza will increase from $250 to $400 million per year, Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniya announced at a news conference in Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Hmm. Good time for an airstrike.

And those interests wish to demonise Palestinians, prevent them from being fairly depicted, and minimise any reporting in general that might put the Palestinian cause in a favourable and accurate light. It is no secret. But the time appears to be coming, when those interests will no longer be able to stem the tide of Palestinian support.

Why don't YOU put the Palestinian cause in a favourable and accurate light here? You may start from listing all peace offers Palestinians made, continue with showing the LEGAL DEEDS proving Palestinian claims to Jerusalem and other places and then the number of supporters of the Palestinian cause will grow considerably... Don't you agree?
