We have the TV network. As for radio or any other media outlet, there are no particular restrictions on free speech based on fairness or anything. Presumably if they applied for the necessary licenses they could broadcast.

SM I just checked out the article. Wow, I sure hope you are kidding. Things like this in the Huffington Post – superlatives, opinion stated as fact, flat out lies – actually make Fox look like angels by comparison.

Also Huffington post had something called Regulator reject proposal to bring Fox like style reporting.
I can assure you Fox news is available here in Canada. Snopes has an article debunking this rumour. I just read it.
