U.S. OKs Penguin-Random House merger

Antitrust lawyers at the Justice Department Thursday paved the way for the proposed merger of publishers Random House and Penguin, which would create the biggest book publisher in the world, according to the parent companies.

    There's going to be some awkward problems in that merger. Has the market shrunk that far already? Or is this just overwhelming greed again? What a great reason to become a bloated monster. Thanks Justice Department!
