Another fine example of why ... THE SECOND AMENDMENT EXISTS...

COPS ARE ALL CRIMINALS THAT HAVEN'T BEEN CAUGHT YET.

    ABSOLUTE POWER CORRUPTS...ABSOLUTELY.

These unfortunate attacks must have happened before we put the word out about urination and whistling defenses, and equally unfortunate the only authorized person to carry their Gun was the rapist.

This police officers behavior is normal for many of them. If he worked for the LAPD he would have been promoted to Watch Commander. This is West Sacramento Police Department which already has a bad reputation. TCB = Typical Cop Behavior. Did the cops BEAT him up when they arrested him? NO! This should tell you something. No observable bruises or blood on him for the booking photo. Other arrestees have black eyes and bruises...from "slipping on the floor". ha ha

that`s the trouble and problem with this (so-called) democratic and fair country, –that people (even cops) are found
GUILTY before they ever get their day in COURT...so why do we bother with judges, juries and lawyers???
